Corse VTC provides passenger and goods transportation services, offering vehicles with drivers.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Introduction to the GTC

Paid passenger transport is a regulated activity in France. Only authorized vehicles, such as VTC (chauffeur-driven cars) and taxis, are allowed to provide these services.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) without reservation.
The company Corsica Ride (under the registered trademark Corsica Ride, owned by Corse VTC) undertakes to comply fully with these terms and to provide its customers with high-quality service.

Pricing & Rates

Corsica Ride’s rates are updated annually and are calculated based on various criteria: the distance-time pricing scale, the chosen service, the number of passengers and luggage, and fuel prices in Corsica.
A quote validated in advance by the customer will remain valid until the expiration date indicated.

All rates are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and are displayed in euros (€).
Night-time rates (from 7 PM to 7 AM) incur a 25% to 50% surcharge, depending on the geographical area.

Included in the Price:

✔ Passenger transportation
✔ A well-maintained vehicle
✔ 20 kg of luggage per passenger
✔ Fuel
✔ Local driver-guide
✔ Professional insurance
✔ 24/7 customer assistance in French or English, depending on availability

Not Included in the Price:
✘ Additional costs such as parking fees, entrance tickets for paid sites, or the driver’s accommodation and meals

Booking Conditions

To book a service, the client can contact Corsica Ride via:

Reservations must be made between 180 days and 15 minutes before the service starts.
The booking is confirmed only once the driver validates availability based on their geographical location.

When booking, the following details are required:
– Full name or company name (if applicable)
– Customer’s contact details
– Date, time, and pick-up location

A 20% deposit may be required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid either:
– 48 hours before the service,
– On the day of the service (to the driver),
– By bank transfer after the service (subject to prior agreement with Corsica Ride).

Bookings made via our online store must be paid in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 1 month before | 80% refund
Between 15 and 30 days before | 50% refund
Less than 5 days before | No refund (Full payment required) |

If Corsica Ride cancels the service, the deposit will be ully refunded.

Liability & Disputes

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, unless it is proven that a third party is at fault.
🚭 Smoking, drinking, or eating inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
⚠ Seatbelt use is mandatory; failure to comply will result in a fine at the customer’s expense.

In case of inappropriate behavior (drug or alcohol use, aggressive conduct, etc.), Corsica Ride reserves the right to terminate the service without refund.

Any disputes shall be settled by the Commercial Court of Ajaccio

COVID-19 Measures

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff:
😷 Wearing a mask is recommended if experiencing flu-like symptoms.
🧴 Hand sanitizer is available in all vehicles.

Corsica Ride reserves the right to use for promotional purposes any photos taken during its services.
